Ledyatt Trout Fishery

Ledyatt Trout Fishery is situated 19 minutes from Dundee City Centre in the heart of the Sidlaw Hills at the top of Tullybaccart on the A923 Dundee to Coupar Angus road which commands spectacular views of the Carse of Gowrie, Dundee, the Tay Estuary and beyond.

Ledyatt is stocked regularly with a good head of Rainbow, Brown and Blue Trout. Many fish run to a trophy weight in excess of 20lbs. 

We also have a children’s pool where bait fishing is allowed.

Fishing platforms have been constructed to accommodate 39 anglers, some specially adapted to provide spaces for disabled anglers.

Facilities include a Fishing Lodge offering refreshments and tackle, toilets and ample parking. The loch area has been landscaped and planted to preserve and enhance the amenity in keeping with it’s natural surroundings.

Managed by an experienced and knowledgeable bailiff the fishery offers terrific sport in a beautiful and tranquil location.
