With a fleet of fully equipped motor boats, the huge reservoir offers exhilarating fishing for both enthusiast and competition anglers alike. Bank anglers are also spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a spot to fish, with access to around 20 miles of shoreline along the Lakeside Way.

Permits and boat hire are available from Kielder Waterside shop from 6.00 am until the end of the season and at Tower Knowe Visitor Centre bank permits only are available from 10.00 am daily from April to October. Boats must be pre-booked in advance
