Wormit Fishings

Nestled near the banks of the Tay Estuary, Wormit Trout Fishery offers a peaceful, panoramic
setting and one of Scotland’s finest stillwater fly fishing experiences. This privately managed
5-acre loch is fed by, three spring boreholes and a natural spawning burn, ensuring gin-clear
water and outstanding fish health year-round as well as strategic weed management.
Wormit is not a stock pond—it’s a true angler’s fishery. Regularly producing fully-finned
Rainbow, Blue, Tiger, and Brown Trout between 2lb and upwards of 5lb, all fish are sourced
from Grade A suppliers and well conditioned, fully fined and hard fighting.
